INDIA vs AUSTRALIA ODI Series is in full swing. Australia won the series by winning the 2nd ODI match today against Team India. Australian India had no answers against the cruel power hitting from the top four Aussie players.

Aussie Players like David Warner, Steve Smith, Finch, and Glenn Maxwell showed their best performances once again just like the previous match. They scored big in the 2nd match propelling Australia to a massive total of 389 runs. Steve Smith was yet again the star of the show for Australia.
Steve Smith scored a quick ton which propelled the hosts to a massive total of 389. Smith scored a century with a total of 104 runs on just 64 balls. He achieved this with the help of 14 fours and two sixes. It was Smith’s second consecutive century against India in the series. In both ODIs Smith scored with a strike rate in access of 150 which speaks for great nick and ability to score big.
IND vs AUS 2nd ODI Match Summary and Scorecard
Captain Aaron Finch, who had a poor IPL season, also scored a fifty. Aaron Finch added 60 runs on 68 balls. Which laid a strong foundation for the batsmen to come.
David Warner opened the innings in his typical aggressive style and played his shots all around the park. His massive three sixes and seven fours added 83 runs to the scoreboard.
M Labuschagne who couldn’t score big in the first ODI joined the party and scored 70 runs before he fell Jasprit Bumrah, It was Bhumrah’s only wicket in this match.
For me, the real star was Glenn Maxwell who comes in late, but his cameo adds so much value to the team’s final total. Not only Maxwell has found his mojo and scoring big runs, but he is also doing it in super high strike rate. His strike rate in both ODIs is above 200, Which is something to worry about for Indian death bowlers.
Maxwell’s reverse sweep slogs were not only precise but also left Indian bowlers in total disarray. Bowlers could not find their line as Maxwell kept of disturbing their rhythm with Steller hitting. He scored 63 runs on just 29 balls.

Why did India Lose to Australia today?
Its a million dollar question but apparently everyone knows the answer too. It’s not India’s batting which is crashing or not delivering in Aussie conditions. It is their bowling which is the weakest link, and no bowler has stood up and produced a decent spell.
On tough Aussie pitches Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bhumrah and the new lad N Saini have not been able to deliver which has costed a series to the Indian team. Y Chahal has been wicketless and conceded too many runs.
Only one bowler (Jasprit Bhumrah) completed his full quota of overs, which shows that the front line bowlers of India are not delivering. Virat Kohli used seven bowling options but could not get a breakthrough at the right time. Big partnerships of Australian batsman coupled with poor Indian fielding, resulted in a win for Aussies.
It’s not often when a bowling side concedes more than 370 runs consistently. For me, that’s the biggest issue with Indian cricket team right now. If India is to improve and win the next one on 02-December. Then the bowlers would have to put up a better show with the ball.
