Adam Zampa
There are few bowlers in modern-day cricket who can claim to have dismissed batting superstar Virat Kohli seven times in his international career - apart from Adam Zampa. A leg-spinner from New South Wales' south coast, Zampa showed early signs of his ability after playing an instrumental role in Australia’s successful campaign at the Under-19 World Cup. Following his impressive performances for South Australia and the Melbourne Stars, the wily spinner made his way into Australia’s ODI & T20I squads in 2016. Zampa emerged as Australia’s leading wicket-taker in the World T20 hosted by India the same year. In the Indian Premier League the following year, he notched 6 for 19 for the Rising Pune Supergiants, the second best-bowling figures in the history of the tournament.
Zampa was the leading wicket-taker for Australia in the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 hosted by India.
