Separamadu Malinga
A fiery quick with a distinctive action, Lasith Malinga has been terrorising opposition batsmen since making his international debut in July 2004. Prior to his national selection, Malinga had been building his reputation as a damaging fast bowler on the domestic circuit. He went on to cement his place in the national side and the 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup was a standout for Malinga who finished with 18 wickets including hauls of 3-10, 3-27 and 4-54. He fared well in his second World Cup appearance in 2011, taking the second of his three ODI hat-tricks against Kenya during the tournament. Malinga retired from Test matches in 2011 in order to prolong his limited-overs career and in August 2011 he became the first player to take three ODI hat-tricks.
He is the only bowler to have taken four wickets in four balls.
